Shipping policy

At LIVLY, we promise to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We’ll deliver your package to the address of your choice, anywhere in the world.
Your LIVLY goods should be sent from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from when your order was processed. Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.
During our sale period, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed.
Depending on stock availability your order may be shipped in separate packages. In any case you will be billed only once for the shipping method selected.
Please note: Orders including products with personal embroidery will be sent within 1 week. 

  • For orders with a Swedish delivery Address, please go to our Swedish website (click here)
  • For orders with a delivery address other than the USA, Canada, or Sweden, please go to our Worldwide website (click here)

You can easily track your order by clicking on the shipping confirmation email you received. If you have any issues tracking your package, please contact our customer service team at hellous@livlyclothing.com
Please note: LIVLY is not liable for any delays experienced in transit, for any package losses, or theft after delivery. However, we will gladly work together with our clients to find a solution that will work for them in case it happens.

Our current shipping costs are:

  • Ground Shipping within USA: $10
  • Free Shipping within USA: Orders $80 or greater
  • Ground Shipping to Canada: around $30

Please note: LIVLY is not responsible for any duty tax, customs clearance fee, brokerage fee, or any other fee associated with customs clearance when shipping to Canada.
