Returns and Replacements
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise that is in its original packaging with tags.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund in the original form of payment. Returns postmarked after 15 days and before 30 days, will receive store credit (this does not include original shipping costs). All returns must include a completed return form which can be downloaded here.
All sale items are final and gifts will be eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products
Each item is individually wrapped and packaged with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To receive a shipping label and arrange the replacement of your merchandise, please email our customer service team.
If you have been gifted LIVLY merchandise and would like to return it, we ask that you please return the item(s) following our Return Policy. Rest assured, the individual who purchased your original gift will not be notified of the return. For assistance in processing your gift return, please email our customer service team.
Promotional item Refunds:
Gift with purchase items must be returned new and unused along with the original merchandise, otherwise the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund total.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds are processed either in the original form of payment or as store credit. Once we have received your return package, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 14 days. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
