RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise that is in its original packaging with tags.

Your return must be postmarked within 15 days of the date the item was delivered to be eligible for a full refund amount in your original form of payment. If your return is postmarked after 15 days but before 30 days, you will receive store credit (this does not include original shipping cost). All returns must include a completed return form which can be downloaded here.

All sale items are final and gifts will be eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products

Each item is individually wrapped and packaged with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S.

Gifts

If you have a received LIVLY merchandise as a gift and would like to return it, we will issue your account a store credit. Rest assured, the individual who purchased your original gift will not be notified of the return. For assistance in processing your gift return, please email our customer service team.


Refunds & Credits

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a store credit. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 14 days. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
