How can I track my Livly order?

Simply track your LIVLY order by login in to your LIVLY account or by selecting the tracking number sent to you in the email confirmation. For further questions email us at hellous@livlyclothing.com.


Where is my order being shipped out from?

Orders placed on the US website, will be shipped from our Warehouse in Miami.

Orders placed from our European Website will be shipped from our Warehouse in Sweden.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is 8 USD and we offer free shipping when purchasing over 200 USD.


How will my package be sent?

Your parcel will be shipped with Fedex.


Can you ship to my country?

LIVLY will ship all over the world. We will do our upmost to reach you, wherever you are.


From where will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on the US website, will be shipped from our Warehouse in Miami.

Orders placed from our European  Website will be shipped from our Warehouse in Sweden.


RETURNS


What if I recieve the wrong item?

If you got the wrong item, please contact us at hellous@livlyclothing.com or call us at 1-866-981-5115 during regular business hours 9AM to 5PM


When will I receive a refund for returned garments?

Once the item is returned and received. We will send a refund confirmation email that same day. It may take 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.


What if I recieve an item that is damaged?

LIVLY will do everything to deliver the right garment to you, in an excellent condition. If you receive an item you are not happy with, please contact us, and we will help you.

Is my personal information kept safe with Livly?

Absolutely. LIVLY will only use your personal email to inform you of the latest offers and invitations to the most exclusive events. LIVLY has no access to your bank information. 


Do I shop sercurely with you?

Our partner offers the highest possible security through Encryption, SSL, MD5, with others, when paying with credit cards. They won't save your credit card number since the biggest risk online is that your card number will be saved and handed out to companies who will use it in other ways. Instead, our partner makes a cryptic “finger print” which can never be used to recreate your credit card number. This is why you can safely and securely shop with us.

Almost all of our Baby and layette wear are manufactured in pima cotton. We also have a range of LIVLY robes and sleepwear for women and children made out of this exceptional quality cotton.


Are all product new and unused?

All LIVLY products are new and unworn.


How do I know what size to order for my children?

Our cut is true to size. Please use our sizing chart for guidance or contact us for more information.
